I’m Arjun Mehta, and I run this site to help real estate professionals across India promote their properties, reach serious buyers, and turn online interest into real-world conversations. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using this website and any services we provide together. By accessing the site or working with me, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Every time you browse a page, submit a contact form, or engage my services, you’re agreeing to the latest version of these Terms. It’s a straightforward contract between you and AdSolve Media. If a term doesn’t sit right with you, we should talk before you move forward.
2. What We Do
AdSolve Media provides online advertising and listing promotion services tailored for Indian real estate agents, property consultants, and builders. This typically includes:
- Running measurable ad campaigns that put your listings in front of active buyers
- Distributing property information across relevant platforms and networks
- Managing lead capture so you can connect with people who are genuinely interested
I don’t sell properties, and I don’t guarantee a specific number of leads or a sale. My job is to improve your visibility and bring more of the right eyes to your listings. Real estate markets shift, and results depend on many factors outside my control — property appeal, pricing, location, and buyer sentiment among them. I’ll always give you an honest assessment of what’s realistic.
3. Your Responsibilities
To make any campaign work, I need accurate and complete information from you. When you share property details, photos, pricing, or contact information, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to offer that property and use all the materials you provide
- The information is truthful and not misleading to potential buyers
- You’ll promptly update me if anything changes (like a price revision or a sold status)
You also agree not to use our site or services for anything illegal — no fraudulent listings, no spam, no content that violates local real estate laws or RERA guidelines. I reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing that crosses these lines, without notice if necessary.
4. Intellectual Property
The content on this site — writing, tools, guides, and design — belongs to AdSolve Media unless I explicitly credit someone else. You’re welcome to read and learn from it, but please don’t copy, republish, or redistribute it without permission.
When you give me photos, descriptions, or other materials for a campaign, you keep your ownership. You grant me a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of promoting your listings. Once our work together ends, I stop using your materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
I take care to deliver services that work, but digital advertising and buyer behavior aren’t fully predictable. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AdSolve Media won’t be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — like a missed sale opportunity or a change in market conditions
- Performance of third-party platforms where your ads appear (their algorithms, downtime, or policy changes are beyond my control)
If something goes wrong directly because of my error, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms tries to exclude liability that can’t be excluded under Indian law.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
Sometimes the site links to external resources or platforms that I don’t own. I don’t control their content, privacy practices, or terms, and I can’t be responsible for your experience when you leave this site. Use those services at your own discretion.
7. Termination
I can suspend or end your access to the site or services if you breach these Terms. You’re free to stop using the site or cancel a service according to any separate agreement we’ve made. Clauses that naturally survive termination — like intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law — will continue to apply.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that arises will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. I chose this location because that’s where I’m based, and it keeps things straightforward if a legal question ever comes up.
9. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms as the site or services evolve. When I do, the new version will be posted here with a revised date. If you keep using the site after changes are live, you’re accepting the updated Terms. If a change is significant, I’ll try to give you a heads-up through the site or email.
